1.General license No 2313 of June 9, 1999 with the right to carry out the following bank operations with means in rubles and foreign currency:

• Attraction of money means of natural persons and legal entities in deposits (call and fixed deposits);
• Placement of attracted means (call and fixed deposits) of natural persons and legal entities in our own name and on our own account;
• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts of natural persons and legal entities;
• Settlement on instruction of natural persons and legal entities, including authorized banks - correspondent and foreign banks;
• Encashment of money means, bills, payment and settlement instruments and cash service of natural persons and legal entities;
• Purchase and sale of foreign currency in cash and cashless form;
• Granting of bank guarantees.
